​Geographical Restriction: We currently accept orders and deliver exclusively within the state of Kerala. Any orders placed for delivery outside Kerala will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

​We specialize in artificial jewelry, specifically Jhumkas and Earrings. We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible.
​We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
​3. Shipping & Delivery
​Processing: All orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful order placement.
​Timeline: Standard delivery takes up to 5 working days within Kerala. We are not liable for unexpected delays caused by courier partners, extreme weather, or regional holidays.
​Shipping Fees: Free shipping is applicable only on orders with a total cart value of ₹299 and above. Orders below ₹299 will incur a standard shipping fee visible at checkout.
​4. Returns and Refunds Policy
​By purchasing from our website, you agree to our strict 3-day Return & Refund policy:
​The Window: You have a total of 3 days (including the day of delivery) to raise a return request via the "Raise Refund Request" button in the My Orders section of your account.
​Deduction: A flat fee of ₹49 (Shipping & Handling charges) will be deducted from your total refund amount. This ₹49 deduction applies to all returns, regardless of whether you received free shipping or paid shipping at checkout.
​Communication: Once a request is raised, our team will contact you via your registered mobile number or WhatsApp to guide you further.
