Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at StreeGlam By Richa. We want you to love your gorgeous Jhumkas and earrings. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return & Refund Window
Our Return and Refund policy is valid for 3 days in total, starting from the exact day your order is delivered.
Example: If your package is delivered on the 1st of the month, you have until the 3rd of the month to initiate a return request. After these 3 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all tags intact.
3. Shipping Fee Deduction (Important)
Please note that a flat shipping and handling charge of ₹49 will be deducted from your total refund amount.
This ₹49 deduction applies to all returns, regardless of whether a shipping charge was explicitly mentioned on your original bill or if free shipping was provided.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount (minus the ₹49 shipping charge) will be credited back to your original method of payment or bank account within seven working days.
